Responsabilités

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a welcoming, inclusive environment.
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools.
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results.
• Keep department organized and customer-ready.
• Stay updated on beauty trends through trainings and brand partner knowledge.
• Assist with sales, refunds, exchanges and Nordstrom Rewards sign-ups.
