• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools.
• Schedule and execute vendor events and promotions.
• Build strong vendor relationships to maximize results.
• Maintain a customer-ready department through organization and cleanliness.
• Stay updated on beauty trends via trainings with Nordstrom and partners.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and grow Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
