Job summary

Ulta Beauty is hiring a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, assess individual needs, and perform makeup applications and product demonstrations. The BA supports leadership through service, sales, and in-store events, while maintaining store standards and knowledge of products.

This role requires a passion for the beauty industry, strong guest service, and the ability to learn and communicate product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink as set by Ulta Beauty for the store.
• Ensure each guest receives exceptional service and is greeted, engaged, and informed about products and promotions.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales.
