Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor (BA) to deliver an exceptional guest experience by assessing individual needs, processing transactions, and maintaining clean, stocked fixtures. You will support leadership through service excellence, event execution, and continuous product knowledge adoption.

The role requires flexibility for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays and a passion for beauty and guest service. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest experience by greeting and engaging guests and recommending products and services.
• Perform cashier tasks, process transactions, refunds and exchanges.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock fixtures, and keep merchandise replenished.
• Demonstrate makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to enhance guest experience and sales.
• Stay informed about products, ingredients, and benefits to better serve guests.
