Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink reduction.
• Greet and engage guests, answer questions, and recommend products and services.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges; assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to enhance guest experience and achieve sales targets.
• Stay informed on products and services and communicate benefits to guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
