Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience by understanding individual needs and delivering personalized recommendations. Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage each guest, offer product recommendations and information.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to enhance guest service.
• Maintain store cleanliness, replenish fixtures, and ensure merchandise is faced and signed.
• Assist with cashier duties and online orders while delivering exceptional service.
