Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.

• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with POS systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals related to retail and service sales.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service to their needs.
• Answer questions about products and services and promote promotions.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, product demos.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Maintain knowledge of products and ingredients to serve guests.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with online orders.
