Job summary

Qualifications
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and selling skills.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic technology.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and work both independently and in a team.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest experiences by greeting and assisting guests.
- Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
- Assist with cashier tasks and online order support.
- Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels; support events and promotions.
- Adhere to store policies and procedures and participate in merchandise resets.
