European Wax Center, the leading body waxing brand, is seeking a Center Manager in West Jordan, UT. You will oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists, and drive sales and guest satisfaction.

This in-person, full-time role emphasizes coaching, KPI tracking, and exceptional guest experiences, with a competitive base salary and a lucrative bonus structure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership.
• Strong sales background with ability to drive membership growth and guest retention.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, manage multiple direct reports.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists.
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPI’s and speak to financial acumen.
