European Wax Center in Midvale, UT is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to oversee daily operations at our Midvale location. You will lead a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists, drive sales, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail sales management or hospitality leadership.
• Strong sales background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists.
• Drive center performance through sales goals and guest retention.
• Assist in scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations.
• Ensure health and safety regulations and brand standards.
• Coach, train, and provide performance feedback to team members.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Develop understanding of KPIs and financial acumen.
