Job summary

European Wax Center in West Jordan, UT is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a high-performing team. You will drive guest experiences, sales performance, and operational excellence at a busy waxing center.

You will manage Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists, coach staff, and ensure safety and brand standards while achieving enrollment and revenue targets. This in-person role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership.
• Strong sales background and ability to lead a team.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Sales-focused with a commitment to guest service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists.
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention.
• Assist in scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Develop understanding of KPI’s and financial acumen.
