Job summary

European Wax Center in West Jordan, UT is hiring a Guest Service Associate (Front Desk) to deliver outstanding guest service while driving center revenue. This in-person role requires welcoming guests, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and promoting waxing services and products.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/ promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sale goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front desk operations, including, but not limited to, check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
