European Wax Center in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Center Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will supervise a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists, manage scheduling and inventory, and coach staff to achieve KPIs while upholding health, safety, and brand standards. This role requires a strong leadership mindset and a passion for beauty and hospitality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership.
• Strong sales background preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Experience managing multiple direct reports.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Growth mindset is key.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPI’s and speak to financial acumen
