European Wax Center is seeking an Assistant Center Manager in Phoenix, AZ to oversee daily operations, lead a guest-focused team, and drive sales while upholding brand standards. You will mentor Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists, optimize scheduling, inventory, and KPI-driven performance while ensuring safe, high-quality guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership.
• Strong sales background preferred.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Sales-driven with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and managing a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists.
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention.
• Assist in scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards.
• Assist in coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
• Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPI's and speak to financial acumen.
