Macy’s is seeking an Beauty Account Coordinator to drive sales and elevate the cosmetics department across assigned stores. You will apply in-depth product knowledge, train staff, and partner with store teams to execute beauty events and experiences that boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.

You will lead store visits, coordinate with vendors, and ensure brand standards while coaching Beauty teammates and collaborating with leadership to drive growth and selling techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 3–5 years of management experience in a retail store, preferably beauty.
• Strong written and verbal communication with management and partners.
• Ability to interpret safety rules, operating guidelines, and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business results to identify sales opportunities and goals.
• Communicate priorities and direction to Division and store teams.
• Collaborate with partners to support store growth.
• Lead and participate in event planning and execution, including local strategies.
• Plan store visits and pre-season meetings to support growth.
• Develop vendor relationships and communicate priorities.
• Ensure adherence to planograms and national guidelines.
• Coach Beauty team members and align with leadership on priorities.
