Job summary

FashionUnited is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through authentic passion for beauty and to engage clients with a consultative approach. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl’s standards.

You’ll build client loyalty, demonstrate product knowledge, and upsell where appropriate. Training and team collaboration are essential to deliver an excellent client experience.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying needs and upsell products.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and applications to drive sales.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and standards.
• Support omni-processing within the department.
• Assist inventory management from receipt to sale, including replenishment and price changes.
• Maintain department visuals and report missed/damaged product or fixtures to supervisor.
• Act with integrity, teamwork, safety, and follow company policies.
