Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through an authentic passion for beauty and a consultative approach with clients. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl’s guidelines.

You will build client loyalty, demonstrate product knowledge, and upsell where appropriate. Training will be provided to expand knowledge, with emphasis on exceptional service and adherence to

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Client-facing retail or service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying needs and suggesting products.
• Demonstrate credibility to clients through product knowledge and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and applications to drive sales.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and standards.
• Support omni-processing within the department.
• Assist inventory management from receipt to sale, including freight processing and price changes.
• Communicate missed or damaged product/fixtures to supervisor.
