Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through an authentic passion for beauty and a consultative client approach within Sephora inside Kohl's. You will maintain brand knowledge, execute visual standards, and support replenishment and merchandising.

You will build client loyalty, demonstrate product expertise, upsell where appropriate, complete required training, and uphold safety, cleanliness and shop standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and upsell products.

• Maintain Sephora visual merchandising and cleanliness standards.
• Support inventory and omni-channel processing within the department.
• Assist with replenishment, price changes and back stock.
