Kohl's Beauty Advisors deliver authentic beauty guidance in-store, engaging clients with a consultative approach to identify needs and recommend products. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute visual standards, and support replenishment in a fast-paced environment.

As part of the team, you’ll participate in ongoing training, upsell opportunities, and ensure exceptional client experiences while upholding Sephora at Kohl's standards across the department.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate credibility to clients through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients by demonstrating products and applying them to drive sales.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute Sephora visual merchandising and standards, including sets, tester maintenance and cleanliness.
• Support omni-processing within the department.
• Assist inventory from receipt to sale, including freight processing, back stocking and price changes.
• Communicate missed or damaged product/fixtures to the supervisor.
