Job summary

You will stay current on beauty brands, participate in training, support inventory and replenishment, and deliver an excellent client experience across days, evenings, weekends and holidays in a fast-paced retail

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Showcase products through demonstrations to boost sales.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl's visual merchandising and cleanliness standards.
• Support omni-processing and inventory from receipt to sale.
• Assist with back stock, replenishment, counts and price changes.
• Report damaged or missed product/fixtures to supervisor.
