Job summary

Sephora at Kohl's in Mount Pleasant, SC is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through a consultative approach and expert product knowledge. You will engage clients, demonstrate products, and maintain Sephora at Kohl’s visual and operational standards in-store.

The role requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Training will be provided to expand beauty knowledge and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying their needs and suggesting products to drive sales, including upsell opportunities.
• Demonstrate credibility to clients through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients by demonstrating products and application to drive sales.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and standards, including sets and cleanliness.
• Support omni-channel processing within the department.
• Assist inventory management from receipt to sale, including back stocking and price changes.
• Assist visual elements and report missed or damaged products to supervisor.
