Job summary

Sephora at Kohl’s is seeking a Beauty Advisor to help customers with personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations. You will drive sales by identifying client needs, sharing expert product knowledge, and delivering an exceptional in-store experience in Lancaster, OH.

You will maintain Sephora visual standards, assist with inventory and omni-channel processes, and participate in ongoing training to stay current on beauty trends and brand offerings.

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and applications.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora visual merchandising and department standards.
• Support omni-processing within the department.
• Assist inventory from receipt to sale, including replenishment and counts.
• Communicate missed or damaged products or fixtures to the supervisor
