You will build client loyalty, upsell where appropriate, demonstrate products and trends, complete training, and ensure merchandise sets and department cleanliness. Strong communication and flexible availability are required.

Responsibilities

• Execute Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and operational standards.
• Support omni-processing within department.
• Support inventory management from receipt to sale and back stock.
