Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate credibility through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients by demonstrating products and application techniques.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and standards.
• Support omni-processing within the department and inventory management.
• Assist with price changes and replenishment.
• Communicate missed or damaged product to supervisor.
