Job summary

Sephora at Kohl’s is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through personalized consultations and expert beauty knowledge. You will engage clients, identify needs, and suggest products to enhance the in-store experience.

Maintain merchandising standards, participate in training, and support inventory and replenishment while delivering exceptional customer service at a Kohl’s location.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying needs and suggesting products.
• Demonstrate credibility to clients through product knowledge and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients by demonstrating products and application to drive sales.
• Complete all required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute and maintain Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards.
• Support omni-processing and inventory management from receipt to sale.
• Communicate missed or damaged product/fixtures to the supervisor.
