Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through authentic beauty passion and consultative client engagement. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets and uphold Sephora at Kohl’s visual standards.

You will build client loyalty, demonstrate product knowledge and support inventory and training to ensure a premier client experience. Flexible days, evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

• Experience with beauty products and brands.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to upsell and build client relationships.

Responsabilités

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying needs and upselling.
• Demonstrate credibility to the client through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients through demonstrating products and application to drive sales.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl's visual merchandising and standards; manage tester upkeep and cleanliness.
• Support inventory management, replenishment and price changes.
