Sephora at Kohl’s is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through a genuine passion for beauty and by identifying client needs with a consultative approach. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards.

You’ll build trust with clients, demonstrate products, and apply techniques to inspire purchase, while completing required training and upholding store standards and safety.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and upsell to drive sales.
• Demonstrate credibility through product knowledge and trends.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and application.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute Sephora visual merchandising and standards.
• Support omni-processing within the department.
• Support inventory management from receipt to sale.
• Support visual elements and report misses or damaged product.
