Job summary

You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, support replenishment and visual standards, and participate in omni-processing to delight guests and uphold Sephora at Kohl’s standards.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence clearly.

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty and influence clients by identifying needs and suggesting products.
• Demonstrate credibility through knowledge of products and trends.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and application.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute visual merchandising and maintain department standards.
• Support omni-processing and inventory management from receipt to sale.
