Job summary

Kohl's Sephora Inside is looking for a Beauty Advisor who will drive sales through a genuine passion for beauty and engage clients with a consultative approach. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute visual standards, and support replenishment and merchandising as part of Sephora at Kohl’s standards.

You will build client loyalty, upsell where appropriate, and participate in ongoing training to expand product knowledge while supporting inventory management and store

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales, including upsell opportunities.
• Demonstrate credibility through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and application techniques to drive sales.
• Complete required training to expand product knowledge.
• Execute and maintain Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards, including merchandise sets, tester maintenance and cleanliness.
