Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through a passion for beauty and consultative client interactions. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards according to Kohl’s Sephora standards.

You will build client loyalty, demonstrate products and trends, and participate in training to expand knowledge while supporting inventory and department cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing retail or service roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence customers.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying their needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate credibility to the client through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and applications to drive sales.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute and maintain Sephora visual merchandising and standards.
• Support omni-processing within the department.
• Assist inventory management from receipt to sale including back stocking and price changes.
• Communicate missed or damaged product/fixtures to the supervisor.
