Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through authentic beauty passion, engaging clients with a consultative approach and delivering an excellent overall experience.

You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, support replenishment and visual standards, and participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge.

This role offers pay of $13.70–$17.80 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, health and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence in a clear and concise manner.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying their needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate credibility to the client through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients through demonstrating products and application of products to drive sales.
• Actively engage and complete all required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute and maintain Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards.
• Support omni-processing within the department
• Support inventory management from receipt to sale, including freight processing and price changes
• Support visual elements of the department and report damaged products to the supervisor
• Follow safety and shortage reduction programs and company policies.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks within established timeframes.
