Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Showcase products and application techniques to inspire purchases.
• Complete required training to expand product knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and cleanliness standards.
• Support omni-channel processing within the department.
• Assist with inventory management from receipt to sale, including replenishment and counts.
• Communicate missed or damaged products/fixtures to supervisors.
