Job summary

You will build client loyalty, upsell products, and demonstrate products to inspire customers, while upholding safety and department cleanliness throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing retail or service environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence clearly.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through consultative approach and identify client needs.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Inspire clients by demonstrating products and applications to drive sales.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute Sephora visual merchandising and maintain standards including tester maintenance and department cleanliness.
• Support omni-processing and inventory management from receipt to sale.
• Communicate missed or damaged product/fixtures to supervisor.
• Maintain adherence to safety and company policies.
