Job summary

Sally Beauty is hiring a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create a memorable shopping experience across hair color, cosmetics, skincare and nails. You’ll guide customers on their beauty journey, with Sally Beauty providing training and support.

You will build relationships, inform customers about promotions, set up displays, enroll shoppers in the Loyalty program and complete transactions accurately in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion.
• Standing for long periods and light physical exertion required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
