Job summary

Sally Beauty is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create a memorable shopping experience for customers, assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails. Sally Beauty will provide training and support while you bring passion and personality to the role.

You’ll help customers through their beauty journey, participate in promotions, and maintain a welcoming store environment. A range of schedules is available to fit your needs.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values.
