Job summary

Sally Beauty is hiring a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create a memorable shopping experience. You will guide customers through hair, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, offering product advice and demonstrations. Training is provided to support you.

You will build relationships, present promotions, enroll customers in the Loyalty program, and help maintain an engaging store environment while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Retail or beauty industry experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly attitude.
• Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and share with customers.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty with customers.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and highlight sales/promotional events.
• Ensure customers are enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
