Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is hiring a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to deliver a memorable shopping experience. You’ll assist with hair color, cosmetics, skincare, and nails, leveraging training Sally Beauty provides to help customers on their journey.

You’ll build relationships, promote loyalty programs, and support merchandise displays while handling transactions accurately in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Must be available to meet scheduling needs of the business
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to apply knowledge from product knowledge training to support customer service
• Can read and explain product labels
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty
• Recommend additional and complimentary products
• Inform customers of current promotions and events
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues
