Job summary

Sally Beauty is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create memorable shopping experiences. You’ll help customers with hair color, cosmetics, skincare, and nails, using product knowledge training provided by Sally Beauty.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, recommending products, driving loyalty, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a welcoming store environment. Flexible scheduling options support diverse needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge to support customer service.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
