Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create a memorable shopping experience across hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. You will guide customers on their beauty journey with Sally Beauty training and support.

Responsibilities include building loyalty, promoting promotions, setting up displays, enrolling customers in the Loyalty program, and processing transactions with accuracy and speed. A flexible schedule is available to fit diverse needs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• Position requires long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, reaching.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotions.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
