Job summary

Sephora at Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through a passion for beauty and consultative client interactions. You will build loyalty, stay knowledgeable on top beauty brands, and maintain outstanding client experiences across Sephora at Kohl's standards.

Responsibilities include product demonstrations, upselling, training, and upholding visual merchandising and inventory processes to support sales goals.

Qualifications

• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate credibility through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and applications to drive sales.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute Sephora at Kohl's visual merchandising and standards.
