Job summary

Sephora at Kohl’s is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through a consultative approach, identifying client needs and recommending products. You will maintain expert knowledge of beauty brands, execute merchandizing standards, and support replenishment and inventory control.

You will engage clients, demonstrate products, complete required training, and uphold store safety and cleanliness guidelines while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and identify needs to drive sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Provide product demonstrations and applications to inspire purchases.
• Complete trainings to expand knowledge and stay current.
• Maintain Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards.
• Support omni-channel processing within the department.
• Assist with inventory from receipt to sale, including counts and price changes.
• Communicate with supervisors about damaged products or fixtures.
