Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trend credibility.
• Inspire clients with product demos and applications to boost sales.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora visual merchandising and department standards.
• Support omni-processing and inventory from receipt to sale.
• Assist with department visuals and report damaged items.
• Act with integrity and promote teamwork.
