Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through a consultative approach and expert knowledge of top beauty brands. You will engage clients, assess needs, and demonstrate products to enhance the client experience, while upholding Sephora at Kohl's standards.

You will be responsible for maintaining merchandise sets, replenishment, and visual standards, and you will participate in omni-channel processing and inventory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying their needs and suggesting products to drive sales.

• Inspire clients through demonstrating products and application of products to drive sales.
• Actively engage and complete all required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute and maintain Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards.
