Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales with a passion for beauty, engaging clients through a consultative approach and delivering an excellent in-store experience. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands and execute merchandise sets according to Sephora at Kohl's standards.

You will build client loyalty, demonstrate products, participate in training, support visual merchandising, inventory, and department cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing retail or service industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence others.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate credibility to clients through product knowledge and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients by demonstrating products and applying them to drive sales.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and operational standards.
