Responsibilities

Build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
Showcase products through application to drive sales.
Complete required trainings to expand knowledge.
Maintain Sephora visual merchandising and department cleanliness per standards.
Support inventory from receipt to sale, including replenishment and price changes.
Follow safety and shortage reduction programs and policies.
Collaborate with team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
