Job summary

Apple Inc. in Santa Clara Valley is seeking an iCup Supply Specialist to manage a large portfolio of bean-to-cup coffee machines. You will ensure fresh coffee, restock supplies, and maintain hygiene across machines, supporting a great employee experience.

You will run routes, handle service calls, and coordinate with building managers while reporting to the iCup Service Supervisor. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in route/delivery and customer service.
• Knowledge of safe food handling and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Refill coffee beans and supplies and clean the machine surfaces.
• Run a route, answer service calls and communicate with building managers.
• Report to the iCup Service Supervisor.
