Job summary

CCR Beverage Solutions Refugio, TX is seeking a Coffee Equipment Technician to fix machines behind the perfect cup. You'll handle 2–3 service calls daily at commercial coffee accounts, using a multimeter, reading diagrams and parts docs, and communicating findings clearly to customers.

You'll need hands-on skills, a valid driver's license, ability to lift 75 lbs, and access to a company vehicle after training. Training begins with home-based days and field work.

Qualifications

• Hands-on electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting using a multimeter.
• Read wiring and hydraulic diagrams to trace faults.
• Identify outlet types and plumbing thread sizes; build adapters when needed.
• Document service notes clearly with proper spelling.

Responsibilities

• Handle two to three service calls per day at commercial coffee accounts.
• Take voltage, resistance, capacitance, and continuity readings.
• Trace faults from diagrams and part numbers.
• Provide clear explanations to customers.
• Manage tickets and dispatch through ServiceTitan.
• Taste coffee to confirm machine is dialed in after repair.
• Maintain accurate, professional service notes.
• Assist with parts receiving and inventory counts.
