Job summary

OU Health is seeking an Epic Analyst II for Beaker AP in IT Care Delivery Applications. The role involves remote work within specified states and requires Epic Beaker certification with 3–5 years of IT/healthcare experience.

You will advise on EHR rollout, optimize workflows, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to improve patient care efficiency. Responsibilities include resolving complex issues, supporting end-users, maintaining documentation, and mentoring junior staff to strengthen team

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
3-5 years of IT or healthcare experience preferred.
Epic Beaker certification or accreditation required.
Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for complex technical issues and system errors to ensure timely resolution.
Provide day-to-day technical support to end-users to ensure uninterrupted EHR use.
Guide team members on routine maintenance tasks (updates, patches, upgrades).
Coordinate testing/validation activities for system changes and upgrades.
Lead efforts to optimize EHR performance and usability across workflows.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with IT, clinicians, and vendors.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations and processes.
Provide training and mentorship to junior analysts and end-users.
