Remote Jobs is seeking an Epic Analyst II - Beaker AP to support the EHR system across the IT Care Delivery Applications department. The role will focus on implementing, supporting, and optimizing the Beaker-based workflows for healthcare operations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in IT or healthcare, a Bachelor's degree, and Epic Beaker certifications. You will advise on rollout, provide end-user support, and mentor junior analysts while coordinating with clinicians, admins, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, healthcare, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of IT or healthcare experience.
• Epic Beaker certification required; multiple certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving complex technical issues and system errors.
• Provide day-to-day technical support to end-users.
• Provide guidance to other team members and perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates, patches, and upgrades.
• Coordinate testing and validation activities for system changes, enhancements, and upgrades.
• Lead efforts to optimize the performance and usability of the EHR system.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with IT, clinicians, administrators, and vendors.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior analysts and end-users.
