Preferred Beaker CP certification and Data Innovations knowledge, with a flexible remote-friendly setup and standard IT governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in information technology, healthcare, business, or related field.
• Two years of work experience or four years with ongoing studies may be substituted.
• Will be required to certify on Epic applications and maintain certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, configuration, and maintenance for Beaker and related health IT applications.
• Manage small projects related to Beaker applications and technologies.
• Document and follow change management standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and peers to resolve incidents and implement enhancements.
• Develop training materials and knowledge resources for end users and team members.
